Embedded Expansion Joint for ETICS / Capoto Systems
Expansion joint specially developed for recessed application in ETICS systems, also known as external thermal insulation systems or ETICS. The solution integrates aluminum flanges that function as insulation support and guides for applying the finishing mortar, ensuring a clean and durable technical finish.
The flexible nitrile profile allows it to absorb joint movements, accommodating the natural expansion and contraction of the facade without compromising the final finish of the cladding.
Suitable for joints with a maximum width of up to 50 mm, this solution allows a maximum coating thickness of 50 mm + 5 mm of finish. The system allows for movements of up to 40 mm, being +20 mm / -20 mm.
