This aluminum joint profile is a robust and versatile solution for applications in floors, walls, or other areas where movement absorption and joint protection are required. Manufactured from 6060 aluminum with a flexible TPE profile , it combines robustness, durability, and a technical finish suitable for different types of construction.
The profile is supplied in 3-meter lengths and features an aluminum finish with flexible sealing available in black, beige, or white . Upon request, it is possible to produce the profile in different heights and with other colors for the flexible TPE element, adapting to the specific needs of each project.
Before installation, the surface where the profile will be fixed must be properly leveled, and leveling mortar may be used to ensure a uniform base. The aluminum guides must be placed on both sides of the joint and fixed with mechanical anchors suitable for the support, respecting the technical recommendations for the selection of fasteners.
To facilitate the application of the flexible TPE profile, it is recommended to use WD-40 or an equivalent lubricant during installation.
