Compressible Joint Profiles COR 500

COR 500 profiles are a practical, resilient, and cost-effective solution for sealing vertical and horizontal joints in both interior and exterior applications. Suitable for joints up to 20 mm , they are supplied in 3-metre lengths and are available in black and grey .

Its “hat-shaped” top ensures excellent joint coverage, helping to conceal minor irregularities or edge defects. They can be used in expansion joints, joints between precast elements, joints between masonry sections, and other similar applications.

These profiles allow for simple installation—either embedded or bonded—ensuring a quick, clean, and durable seal. Manufactured from selected raw materials, they offer high elasticity, good resistance to aging, and excellent chemical resistance, including to oils and bitumens.

In accordance with applicable technical standards, the profiles exhibit an elongation at break exceeding 350% , maintaining an elastic behavior similar to that of natural rubber.
